If you plan to travel internationally, you will need to get tested no more than 3 days before you travel by air into the United States (US) and show your negative result to the airline before you board your flight, or be prepared to show documentation of recovery (proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel).
TheCancun International Boat Show is moving forward as planned for July 16 through 18, 2021. The health and safety of our staff, exhibitors and visitors is of the utmost importance.
The show will be organized in accordance with the tourism Safe-Travels health and safety standards used by airports, hotels, tour operators, restaurants and all other tourism related business in Cancun and throughout the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico (much stricter than US standards). The event will also be run according to official government and local authority guidance, as well as all location-specific regulations.
Show Environment: Outdoors, with open air pagodas for exhibitors and extra-wide aisles for visitors.
Distancing. All pagodas and exhibit stands will be 3 meters (10 feet) from each other. This allows 360˚ access to your exhibit while maintaining a safe distance from people in the aisles and other exhibitors. Everyone is urged to maintain a safe social distance of two meters (6.5 ft).
Show Aisle Traffic. We will have two aisle-carpets in each aisle to direct traffic in each direction.
